Managed Support has a range of options that can be combined with your base plan.

Onsite Support

Benefit from one of our technicians attending your offices on a regular basis.  Our technicians can help your staff with specific problems, train staff in new techniques or undertake a scheduled support task such as the installation of new software.

The onsite support option can be purchased casually as and when needed or as a block of hours from 2 to 30 hours per month.  The onsite support option provides a flexible and predictable outcome to your monthly IT expenditure.

Online Backup

ISPNET’s online backup facility ensures that all servers backup automatically over your network, without the need for changing, transporting and storing expensive backup tapes.

At a predetermined time, your data is encrypted, compressed and sent to our secure, off-site data centres.  Our data centres have optimal protection from power failure, fire, natural disasters and intrusion at levels typically seen in banks and major corporate environments.
