As part of your Managed Support Plan you will be assigned a dedicated Support Team from our highly experienced and qualified team of support technicians and engineers.

  • Unlimited helpdesk support, 8:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time
  • Support for remote / home / roaming users

As a Managed Support Option you can include on-site support and benefit from one of our technicians attending your offices on a regular basis.  Our technicians can help your staff with specific problems, train staff in new techniques or undertake a scheduled support task such as the installation of new software.

The onsite support option can be purchased casually as and when needed or as a block of hours from 2 to 30 hours per month.  The onsite support option provides a flexible and predictable outcome to your monthly IT expenditure.
